Private health insurance claims
If you have private health insurance that includes physiotherapy, you will be able to claim rebates for physiotherapy sessions. Please check with your insurer for details on coverage. Alternatively, simply bring along your health insurance card. We'll swipe your card through our HICAPS machine to process your claim directly with your health fund. After processing the claim, you'll only need to pay the gap amount, if applicable, which is the difference between the total session fee and the amount covered by your health insurance.
