Our online booking system provides additional information, including item codes, and also helps determine the most suitable type of consultation for each individual.
Private health insurance claims: If you have private health insurance that includes physiotherapy, you will be able to claim rebates for physiotherapy sessions. Please check with your insurer for details on coverage. Alternatively,
simply bring along your health insurance card. We'll swipe your card through our HICAPS machine to process your claim directly with your health fund. After processing the claim, you'll only need to pay the gap amount, if applicable, which is the difference between the total session fee and the amount covered by your health insurance.
Medicare claims: Eligible patients may be able to claim Medicare rebates for pelvic floor physiotherapy services. We recommend consulting with your GP for relevant documentation. We do not offer bulk billing; however, you will receive a rebate of $57 from Medicare, and then you pay the remaining gap amount. Speak to our staff for more information on Medicare claiming.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. We will not charge you for not attending but there may be someone else who may benefit if you are unable to attend.
