Menopause

Navigate Menopause with Confidence: Expert Support for Every Stage of Your Pelvic Health Journey.

Menopause is a natural transition in life, but it can bring challenges that impact pelvic health and overall well-being. It is a biological process that marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years. It occurs in three stages:

  • Perimenopause: The transition phase leading up to menopause, often beginning in the late 30s or 40s. Hormone levels fluctuate, leading to early symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes.

  • Menopause: Officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, typically occurring around age 50. Estrogen levels drop significantly, causing intermediate symptoms such as vaginal dryness, sleep disturbances, and reduced bone density.

  • Postmenopause: The years following menopause, during which symptoms may persist but often stabilize. The risk of osteoporosis, heart disease, and pelvic health concerns increases due to prolonged low estrogen levels.
